Detroit Future City Equity Forum

Detroit Future City announced the launch of the Center of Equity, Engagement and Research, and brought together a group of cross-sector leaders to engage in a conversation to connect, coordinate & build consensus around increasing economic equity in Detroit. Keynote remarks were offered by Angela Glover Blackwell, founder of PolicyLink. Tammie Jones attended the session, and was particularly intrigued by Angela Glover Blackwell's call to action to "organize, organize, organize" as we see increased swirling occurring in our government and systems.
