MMF Women Corporate Board Summit - Corporate Board Diversity

The German Marshall Fund of the United States’ alumnae hosted a summit on corporate board diversity in Dallas, April 23-25, 2019. I was proud to participate. According to Catalyst, women holding leadership positions on boards is positively associated with the longer tenure of other women directors on the board. The MMF Women Corporate Board Summit, the first in a series, introduced executive women to corporate board members, recruiters, and those developing tools and pathways to increasing the diversity of and number of women on public boards.
